How quota actually works
Looking is free. Reading is what you pay for.
Every roof inside your service area is compared against the roofs either side of it and placed on your map — however many there are, at no cost to your plan. Your quota buys the full read: satellite and street-level imagery together, the property record, the storm-claim clock and a door pitch. Each scan spends a few automatically. You spend the rest on whichever roofs you want.

That scan spent 12 credits — not 797. Ranking the other 766 cost you nothing, and 99 of them came back looking worse than the roofs either side of them. They're on your map, tiered, with the satellite tile next to each one. Open whichever you want, whenever you want, for one read each.

Can I really cancel any time?
Yes. One click from your account's billing page, no phone calls, no save-offers. You keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Do unused leads roll over?
No. Quota resets every billing cycle. If you don't use your 500 leads this month, you start next month at 500 again.
What if I run out mid-month?
You can upgrade Hunter → Hunter Pro mid-cycle, the quota increase prorates immediately. Or wait for next month, your service areas and lead history stick around.
What's actually charged to my card on the trial?
Nothing. The free trial doesn't ask for a card at all. We only collect billing info when you start a paid plan.
Team accounts / multi-user?
One login per account today. Shared team workspaces are on the roadmap, see the changelog for status.
Custom enterprise plan?
If you're a 20+ rep crew running multiple states, email support@roofbird.ai and we'll figure out a plan that fits. We don't have an enterprise SKU yet but won't make you fit into Hunter Pro if it doesn't.
